Workshop And Meditations Are Free through February — start the new year off right!!
THIS IS YOUR TIME!! To connect to the Divine. Unplug,
Get excited. You’re creating your reality. And you’re worthy of more love in the heart, more peace in the mind, more joy in the spirit, and more health in the body.
A gentle way to begin (and a simple structure to follow)
If you’re new to meditation, returning after a break, or ready to go deeper—welcome. The goal here isn’t perfection. It’s practice.
Step 1: Start with the workshop (recommended)
Ideally, watch the workshop first. It’s a quick, easy 2 hours, broken up into sections, and it will greatly support your understanding of the why and what, which makes the how much easier.
And even if you’ve seen me teach before, remember: you can’t bathe in the same river twice. You’re not the same person you were then—so you may hear something new and land it differently this time.
Step 2: Choose one meditation and run an experiment
Pick one meditation that feels right to start, and commit to it for 4–6 weeks. You can always change later.
Ideally, the longer the better. Longer sessions create deeper shifts.
And here’s a gentle truth:
If you’re “too busy” to meditate for 20 minutes a day, that’s okay, then it’s suggested you meditate for an hour a day.
Make the trade:
-
Go to bed earlier
-
Don’t watch that show at night
-
Wake up earlier
-
Protect this time like it matters—because it does. Treat it like a non-negotiable appointment with your highest self.
Be the teaching. Discover the evidence for yourself. You don’t have to “believe” anything—just give it a try and notice what changes.
Step 3: Want a bigger shift, faster?
Try two short sessions a day—the benefits will exponentiate with consistency.
-
Morning (before the world gets you):
Take a sip of water, wash your face, sit down, and press play. No phone until after. -
Night (to close the day):
Get completely ready for bed, turn your phone off, and let the meditation help you quiet the mind and return to center.
Set yourself up for success (simple, powerful details)
-
Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
-
Keep pets and people outside the room during your session.
-
Sit comfortably in a chair with both feet on the floor.
-
Wired earphones are ideal.
-
Use an eye mask if you have one.
-
Use the same place and setup every day—this trains your nervous system to drop in faster.
-
Your mind will wander. That’s normal. Each time you notice and come back, you’re strengthening the practice. Be gentle, be consistent, and let the results speak for themselves.
